Hi. I tried this today as I am a little blocked with other efforts. I understand all the tapping points except the head. Where exactly do you tap for this point. Thanks.

I was just thinking about this myself when I read your reply. I just got home from the grocery store. I hadn't eaten since breakfast and normally would have bought a lot of stuff not on my list. You know how it is when you shop hungry. But I wasnt hungry. I got home and thought, well its time for ...

Megan,
You sound a lot like me. I know that feeling of nothing satisfying you. It used to be that a certain food or another one would satisfy the need but now to me there is nothing I could eat that would satisfy it. I try to think of different things I could have that used to work, and I just know they won't do it. I ...

I read some more and tried again and it worked, then it stopped etc. My recommendation is just to keep reading this forums. I go into some of the other sections too, like the addiction one. ...

Andrea, that was a good blog, thanks for the link.
The last two days have been very good ones for me. I love the feeling of not craving things constantly. And that I have choices too. My co-worker ...

I had a revelation yesterday. A co-worker brought me a brownie and I thought I should go into the bathroom and tap so I don't need to eat it now. But...my next thought was "no, I don't want to tap because then I won't want to eat it". I thought that was such a bizarre thought - that I could take away ...

Andrea, thanks for the link to your blog. It looks like a wealth of information. I will start looking through it.
I was craving toast and peanut butter just now for breakfast so after reading your note I tapped on the craving and I'm ow going to make myself a smoothie. Maybe it doesnt need to be hard. ...
