Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Severe nutritional allergies eliminated with EFT

WooHoo!! Great Job! That is so exciting! I wish all parents with children with allergies would be open to EFT and help them get over them quickly. I'd love to learn how you worked with such a young child with allergies. Did you surrogate or tap on him? How did you know what to work on? I usually muscle test my clients with allergies and ...

  • Re: my favorite tool

Hi Jim,Yes, Tappy is wonderful. I am glad you find him so helpful. Tappy Bear is definitely in business, and their sales page is up. When you sold the bear: Did it go through your affiliate link?I am surprised that you didn't receive an answer to your request, as Till is usually exceptionally good about this. He is in Ecuador right now, ...

  • Re: PTSD after a car accident

Hi Irisa, great question. I am sorry to hear about your client, and I think you have some very good approaches there. Here are some thoughts that I have after working with many Veterans: - Ask her how she wants to feel about what happened. the outcome of your tapping has to work for her. If she can't see that she can ever be forgiven, then ...

  • Re: Ideas for an EFT workshop for children/parents

Hi Ed, sounds great! Yes, hands on is the way to go. For them, EFT is truly a tool. They don't ask the way adults do. I just call it magic points, and for the little ones, I mimic "the monkey" (under the arm and collar bone),.... I am also a registered yoga teacher, and I agree completely, that some physical relaxation and ...

  • Re: Book sales

Hi Samstar, Congratulations on this wonderful acomplishment! How exciting! Some thoughts: Instead of "selling my book" maybe you want to think about "helping people in a way only I and my book can". The book and it's price tag is  just the carrier, your thoughts, your passion, the importance you gave it is what ...

  • Re: Getting up the emotional scale to wealth...

Hi Guys, great discussion! Thanks for sharing all your insights! I would like to add that many points on the emotional scale are actually not emotional but beliefs (Powerlessness, unworthyness,...) I believe that emotions, beliefs and physical issues are just different vibrations of the same energy block, and it often makes sense to ...

Hi Ed, great that you can give this presentation! did you check out www.tappybear.com? Till Schilling has a wonderful newsletter with lots of stories how to use tappy with children. When I introduced EFT to my daughter's first grade, I wanted to show them what it means to be relaxed and calm. so we tapped on "even though I am so excited ...

  • Re: How our experience fools the brain to see only what we know

Hi Gill, yes, I have seen different people doing the experiment differently. when I first did it, I just stared at the white dot between the green and red with curiosity, but no expectation. It took my eyes quite a while to go back to normal. For several minutes, or so it seems, everything was half red and half green. But I also saw that it ...

  • Re: How to build your EFT practice

Hi Stephenie, thank you for your post with all the insights about marketing in France. I think you are right: Different countries and societies have different rules and success strategies, even though there is certainly some overlap. I think it is important to honor that and work with the flow, not against it. The first thing that came to mind ...

  • How our experience fools the brain to see only what we know

Here is a great presentation of how our perception can fool us to only see what we know. http://www.cnn.com/2009/OPINION/10/26/lotto.optical.illusions/index.html  I'll use the red/green experiment in my next class! Isn't the brain amazing! I think this gives great insights into personal interaction and another way of explaining the ...
