Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

  • Re: Loss of Appetite from Drug Withdrawal

Hello, In my experience, I reserve time to tap.  When I am not tapping, I aim to live in the present moment, to fill my life with activities I enjoy.  When I have to do something that  don't enjoy, I do it with acceptance, no resistance, because it has to be done.  I am a follower of Eckhart Tolle and together with EFT, I ...

  • Re: Loss of Appetite from Drug Withdrawal

Hello Seb, Welcome and well done for getting some results with EFT. I would recommend that you tap on your beliefs that your anger issues are not the cause of your loss of appetite.  They could be related but your energy system is a whole and you need to address what bothers you the most which seems to be your anger issues, having ...

  • Re: breakouts

Hello and welcome, It is good to hear that you are experiencing some subtle changes with acid reflux. It is not common to experience pimples when you get to deeper issues, however, it is not unusual for pain to move, that's what Gary calls 'Chasing the pain', when symptoms show up in a different form as you deal with different ...

  • Re: Stomach Problems Worse as a Result of EFT?

Hi Misleelee 80,   Just a few thoughts: 1) what are you resisting? pain increasing suggests to me that you are resisting something. Also, as we search actively, our focus can become obsessive and emphasise our symptoms.  Try and spend a day doing nothing (not seaching) and do something you enjoy with no pressure.  See what ...

  • Re: Learning a new language

Hello walid, " You are now suggesting that I use a different affirmation for each tapping point. Is this more effective ?" I am sorry this was not clear...it is difficult to know where people are at via a single email... I suggest that you use those affirmations, one at a time, tune in, and see if you have any tailenders.  ...

  • Re: Stress-induced cavities in my teeth

Hello Ania, Welcome to the forum.  Gary Craig recommends trying EFT on everything... I have not had experience treating cavities but as you seem certain that they are caused by stress, this gives us a big clue. To start with I would make a list of all the situations that have caused you stress recently as you mention that you ...

  • Re: The trouble with forgiveness

Hi Everyone, An image or metaphore that has been powerful for me is to imagine the grievance like a hook in the back (or wherever you feel it). Forgiveness is about releasing the hook. It gives one so much freedom. Thank you, Fabienne
