Following on from Namaste's helpful and insightful post about using slow eft, also consider what are you getting from having migraines that you feel you couldn't get in any other way e.g. escape from other people's demands, too high expectations of yourself ("so long as I have these migraines I can't possibly be expected ...

For me, forgiveness comes when we can shine the light of love into the dark places of fear, guilt, shame that we carry within us and is a release of judgment which is what, as Ingrid says, keeps us attached to the emotional energy. Rather than forgiveness, I like the energy that comes from acknowledging and accepting the part I played and that ...

Look at where you mostly are now with anxiety and other feelings in your life, then pick something a little further up the emotional scale (which isn't an intensity scale but a measure of your vibration - what you put out through your vibration you attract more of into your life. Thoughts and feelings are just a part of this vibration.) ...
Boredom is a neutral emotion, whilst fear, worry are negative?
Actually dropping the notion of positive and negative is a helpful place to start. All emotions can be seen to be on a spectrum from low vibration to high vibration. This has been charted by Abraham-Hicks into an Emotional Vibrational Scale. ...

Congratulations on your successes with this issue - you're doing great work.
Regarding tapping and not tapping - it's always good to remember that nothing lasts forever. The place of peace you come to after shifting a big issue doesn't last - it grows! Similarly the place of feeling stuck or stagnant or unfocused doesn't ...
