Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom
It often works where nothing else will
EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

About Sunny van Vlijmen

I am a Naturopath (HPG) and acquired my degree in Hamburg, Germany. On my quest to find ‘the’ best healing aid for my patients, I have studied and focused on several different therapies such as Classical Homeopathy, psychotherapy (HPG), kinesiology, nutritional counseling, Dorn and Breuss Spine Alignment, Neural Therapy, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) which includes acupuncture, cupping, GuaSha and Chinese Herb Therapy, and my passion: non-diet weight loss. Even though I was equipped with many tools, I had always felt that there had to be something out there that was simpler, yet could yield lasting results quicker and, in addition, was able to provide almost immediate relief for the patient. After implementing EFT into my repertoire of healing therapies, I couldn't help but conclude that this modality was incredibly potent, yielded astonishing results very quickly, and was almost too good to be true! I soon decided to use EFT as my main healing aid in my naturopathic practice. I was especially grateful that EFT was a technique that left my patients self-empowered rather than dependent on me, the therapist. After moving to the United States and learning that my German degree as a naturopath was not acknowledged here, I decided to work solely as an EFT practitioner, and the results have been deeply gratifying. As an ordained minister with the Universal Ministries, a non-denominational church, I am passionately committed to help others achieve their emotional freedom while fully honoring and respecting their religious and personal beliefs.
