What exactly have you focused on and worked through to this point? Are you staying the course and not jumping around which is very easy to do especially when first beginning to use a self healing tool / technique and many different emotions begin to pop up and want to be paid attention to? This is very important to remain on one thing before moving on to the next so that you are sure you have broken it down and gotten rid of it so that it doesn't continue to hide somewhere, peeking in and messing other sessions up.
Are you working on the emotions them self or on the situations and incidents that you have encountered in life?
Sorry to ask you so many questions but this will help you to design a plan to target and go after with your efforts to resolve these issues that are holding you back in the past and keeping your attitude stuck in the hating mode which isn't going to help you at all with life today or in the future.
I would like to suggest that you start with ...
ET I have SO MANY f***ing issues I don't even know where to begin or how to make them better ... I deeply and completely accept my self and all my emotions and feelings anyway
And then next to move on to ...
ET I am filled with much hatred for everyone and everything in my life as far back as I can remember and can't let it go ... I deeply and completely love and accept this hatred for all it's done for me over the years and now choose to breathe and relax as I allow the shift of change
