EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    The emotion code

     Hi every body;

    Has anyone ever heard of the book "The emotion code" by Dr. Bradley Nelson ?

    The author claims to obtain results much faster than with EFT

    (even thought he says he has "the highest respect for EFT" quote )

    on the other he  he says What I am offering is simply a much faster

    way, a unique approach, a more comprehensive method. I call it "The Emotion Code."

    Kind regards

    Georges

     The cool thing is to use effective muscle testing and the chart of emotions from"The Emotion Code" to come up with accurate set up phrases.

    You will need to get good at muscle testing. I used www.testyourself.info

    I have the book and have used his methods.  It seems to work for some things and EFT is better for others, of course in my case I also use NLP and a miriad of other things depending on individual circumstance.

    Re: The emotion code

    I tried it, it worked.  But, I found that EFT was faster for me.  That may be because I'm more skilled at EFT.  I noticed in Dr. Brad's latest Emotion Code work, he was using a zero to 10 scale whereas in his first work, he did not.  I used the emotion chart with a client and asked her for any significant emotions re abandonment, then betrayal.  With the question on betrayal, we hit a big one for her right away and eliminated it with EFT.

    I think that we should look at what Brad is doing and apply some of the ideas with EFT.  There is also something based on the Emotion Code called T3 therapy.  It aims to eliminate limiting core beliefs.  This is something with huge potential and for the most part seems to be ignored by the EFT community.

    We all have HUGE untapped potential! The limits to EFT are in our limited imaginations! Tap on it!
