EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    It is wonderful that Gary's EFT DVD's are free to copy 100 times. I can't afford to buy my own set at present - is there someone who can do me a copy of the EFT Foundational Library, EFT Intermediate Library and the EFT Honors Library. I will pay costs for postage, disks etc. Postage will be to Australia. Thankyou for sharing.

    I would also be interested in the dvd's. I have watched the first ones that I borrowed from a friend but have never gotten to watch the advanced ones. I live in NH.
