The more precise you are in tuning with your particular problem or emotions, the most effective it is likely.
For your problem, you could try: Karate chop: Even though I have low blood platelets (you can mention the figure), I love and accept myself and choose for my blood count to become much healthier ( you can quote a figure you'd like to be at)
Then on the points: I have low blood platelets (1st round)
I choose for my blood cound to become much healthier (2nd round)
