I recently discovered EFT and have been using it in conjunction with the law of attraction to help me lose a little weight and feel better about myself. So far, EFT has been a great help with emotional eating, which was my biggest problem. Now that I'm not focused on food to help neutralize my feelings, I'm realizing that a lot of my overeating has to do with my fatigue.
I love to exercise and I have a great cross-training plan that includes cardio intervals, yoga and lifting. None of it is too strenuous, and my body has a lot of endurance. Unfortunately, lately one morning workout will absolutely deck me for the whole day. Even working at a children's gym puts me to sleep. I've had problems with sleeping in and missing my alarms. I'll sleep 9 or 10 hours and either walk around like a zombie or take a 2-3 hr nap.
So in my head, I solve every problem with food. Therefore, getting as many carbs and protein as I can gobble down to keep me awake is making me gain weight rather than lose it! Does anyone have ideas for scripts that can bring me out of this fog?
