EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Hi EFT’ers

I sincerely apologize for the content of this post not involving the application of EFT.

I purchased the EFT DVD Training Libraries. The CD opened fine. When I tried to open the 1st DVD, I received and error message to lower the screen resolution and color quality settings. Under the more information button it was recommended that MP2 Player be installed.

I’m not a computer geek; I don’t understand why screen resolution, color quality and a music player would effect my playing these DVDs.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was your corrective action?

Ron - have you had a look at the support page at http://www.emofree.com/dvdhelp.htm to see if there is anything there to help?  If that doesn't resolve it, you could send an email as detailed on that web page, it could be that you have a faulty DVD.

    Re: DVD Training Libraries

Hi Ron, The first critical point - and probably the reason for your problem - is, whether you have a DVD-software on your computer. DVDs have a different format than CD-Roms and need a special software. If you haven't downloaded one, you don't have it, as it's not in the standard configuration of Windows (at least up to XP, don't know about the newer ones). I personally use "mplayer" for my DVDs, which you can find on the internet for free, but there are certainly others, too. Hope that helps kira

    Re: DVD Training Libraries

     Hello to both of you:

    Thank you for your responses.

Kira; after reading yours and rereading the DVD Instructions I realized I had overlooked something very important, MOVIE DVD. (when all else fails reread the instructions) This type of software had not been installed, as I had not previously watched DVD Movies on my computer. All is well now.

    Once again thank you.

    Ron
