I hope someone does reply with experience. If not, just ask yourself:
- If there is an emotion behind this, what would it be?
When you find the emotiuon, then ask:
- If there was one event or incident that typically portrays this emotion, what would it be?
Then use the Movie Technique on this incident. Keep tapping in this way until you don't come up with anything anymore.
