EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

Borrowing Benefits and Surrogate EFT - can these be combined?

    Borrowing Benefits and Surrogate EFT - can these be combined?

    Hello everyone,

    I have some quetions regarding surrogate EFT and Borrowing Benefits.

    If I am tapping as a surrogate for someone, say my baby, but I'm not tapping directly for her issue: I'm watching a Borrowing Benefits DVD on a totally different issue - can this work? have you experience with such a thing? and am I also borrowing bemefits from it, i.e. are some of my issues cleared?

    Also, if I'm borrowing benefits for myself, watching a DVD on a non-related issue, but  I so have issues about the subject I'm watching, is it possible for me to clear blocks on both my issue and the issue on DVD?

    Hi Iris,

    I think as long as you are tapping with the intenmtion of healing you and baby, that can be achieved.  I'd love to hear about your progress with the borrowing benefits :-)
