EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    molluscums

    Hello everyone

I have been diagnosed with having molluscums - tiny skin-coloured warts. They look like whiteheads, and have come up aroud the nose and eyes. Have tried homeo, but it does not seem to be working. Am getting into a mild panic because of that, since allopathy has no definite cure. I want to try EFT (just read the interesting thread on 'skin problem' below).

My questions are: how should I choose the wording? Can I say the sentence softly or in my mind? How many rounds of tapping make up one session? How many sessions in a day? Because, I think, this will not clear up at once like a headache or panic attack (though it is theoretically possible, i guess).

    Grateful for any feedback

    Rohini

    Re: molluscums

    Hi,

I had a wart, only of a different kind, on my foot - a verucca.  I had done everything allopathic I could, tried alternative remedies, and nothing worked. I could not connect it to any events in my life at all. Eventually I tapped for it every day with a simple statement for both Setup and Reminder and about two months later, one day I noticed it was gone.

    I said:

"I accept myself and fight this verucca"

So I guess you can do the same, only substitute "wart" for "verucca"

thanks, suzanne. i tapped last night for a while ('even though i have these molluscums, i totally and absolutely accept myself'). will continue for some time in the same way, unless something else comes up. i notice that i tend to get tired after about 7-10 rounds. is it an indication that it's enough for the time being, or should i push myself to do more?

This is really interesting with physical infections, almost weird.  I notice when I tap on a chest infection, say, I have to have a little nap after about 3 rounds.  I think that's a sign that things are happening, so give your body a rest.
