(Dear Forum,
I am experimenting with trying to make sense of Vern's posts so here
goes. I apologise in advance toVern as I am sure he will not appreciate
this)
Hi Rachel,
The temptation to put people
into neat little boxes is very
strong. Some how we think it will
make things easier. However this
is rarely the case. I have indeed
found the opposite to be true
I used to wonder why folks, when
they start using EFT, it works great
and then less and less so. This
was very puzzling to say the least.
it seems the more we need to understand
about EFT the less it seems to work.
The simple reason is too much BETA -
brainwave activity. So I suggest that we all just tap, tap, tap
and let the other person give us the
theme while we disperse its energy
without adding to it.
Peace &Love, Vern
p.s. Just do it!..(EFT, that is)
