As others have said seeing this as a message from your body and getting to the core emotional issues are likely to be the most direct routes to resolving this. I would also specifically suggest asking yourself what was going on in your life that was irritating you just over two months ago - when the pain started. If we can pinpoint the start of the pain, that is often a major clue as to what the unresolved emotions are.
Have you learnt the basics of EFT and know how to use it? With physical pain it's a good idea to do a few rounds first with the physical and being VERY SPECIFIC in describing how it feels with the tapping statements. Then tap on how you feel about having the pain. And then if those haven't shifted the pain, move on to the possible emotional contributors. When you work on the possible emotional contributors, again be specific. Look for the events that were happening in your life two months ago (or in the few months leading up to that) that could have resulted in your feeling any sort of emotional upset and tap with the specific events. The more specific we are with EFT, the faster we are usually able to permanently resolve the issues.
