Hello… fellow EFT MP3 audio enthusiasts! - I have wanted to compile a free MP3 EFT audio download source list for a while now. In another EFT emofree forum thread, the need for such a list came up - and I thought I’d put this information together and post it in one handy location! - Happy listening and tapping! :^) Karen Nauman

Hi EFT audio fans! ;^) 

I just changed a few things on the EFT MP3 audio download list.

I replaced the bottom list (which was redundant) with miscellaneous/single audios that I’ve come across in my internet travels. I also inserted a ‘date added’ column so you can check back for updated info and links.

NOTE: The misc/single audios for the four Gary Craig Q and A’s from 2005 are VERY good!

Arum, Thank you for your kind note. Glad you are finding this audio list helpful! As I said, I have learned a lot from these MP3s . You may want to listen to the four Gary C. Q and A audios in lieu of not having the DVD’s at the moment. Also, Carol Look in her Voice America Series interviews Gary 4 or 5 times… those shows are AWESOME and I learned tons about EFT from listening to them :-)

Karen, haven't the  faintest idea what happen to my post on this message,  (I must of hit the wrong button), but here it is again!  :)  Just a few words to share the sentiments I'm sure ,of everyone who will use these much needed audios.  You really do a great service to this forum, as  many folks turn up here for support and advice.   What a great way to get it, listening to people seasoned with eft, and  having a willing spirit in regards to helping others.  It's people like you who inspire the rest of us to never give up.  Thank you,  :)  Arum

Gill, I'm sure we all appreciate these excellent audios, as I have listened to the first one regarding breast cancer already.  How powerful!  EFT is proven to be a legitimate tool, beings it is able to remove the tension even regarding this serious type of surgery. Right now I'm listening to the "I feel so awful" audio Thank you for your input.  :)  Arum

Gill, I am absolutely speechless regarding this fantastic audio by Buerbel Frohlein, "I Feel Awful"!!!!!! This is one of the answers I have been looking for.  Sometimes we are so stuck, don't know the core issue, as to why we wake up and have that "blah" feeling.  This audio really zaps it! This lady really knows her stuff, and THANK YOU for posting this awesome site!  This audio needs to be posted on the other forums so these poor souls can get some relief from these awful trapped feelings.  Please don't be quiet about this wonderful lady,(who sounds like Zsa Zsa Gabor), and  has such an encouraging and helpful technique.  Thank goodness for you wonderful practitioners on this forum, I can't praise you enough!  :)  Arum

Karen, after listening to a few of these audios, I think the best thing I have taken away from them is the  techniques each individual uses.  The more we improve our tapping skills , the better it is for us,don't you think?  It's great to have some many professionals to learn from.   :)  Arum

Arum, Yes… it is amazing how many different styles of EFT tapping have developed. This EFT community is like no other I have come across, very open and sharing. Glad you are getting so much from the audios.

Karin, Thank you for your EFT words link (a great resource) and your youtube link. Not sure at this point if I will add videos to the list above. However, thanks for letting us know in your post. Love your recent interview with Gary Williams at EFT World Mag. on intuition. Lots of good info/advice! :^)
