Just wondering, how do you feel about your score being worse? My recomendation is to get down to your feelings. If it were me (and I know it isn't) I would be feeling scared. For me,
Even though I have test anxiety I completely and wholey accet myself""Chinookman: OK my second test ws a 65 the one prior was a 68...... I do have test anxiety......here is my question.
If my set up phrase is: "Even though I have test anxiety I completely and wholey accet myself" repeat three times and then tap......how many rounds of tapping?
Also reading the Palace of Possibilites would it help to tap afterwards using affirmation phrases like: " I have read and studied my Biology material, and will pass all of my tests".
You help in this is greatly appreciated because I had a friend tell me he had Algebra,test anxiety and had to take his class twice! I will finish this course I erfuse to withdraw or drop out......I will pass but need guidance on how to procedd and release this anxiety.

--it isn't going deep enough. Do you cuss? If you do, spice it up. GET LOUD!!! What happens if you fail your test? You want to get down to the nitty gritty--get away from the textbook sounding phrases--you want to get to your own self-talk. What are you telling yourself? That is what you want to make into set-up phrases.
Here are some that may or may not work, Even though:
- I am scared shi*less that I am going to mess up on this test, and if I do I don't know what I will do, and I deeply and completely love and accept myself
- I hate this class, and no one can make me like it...
- I don't like it that I am the oldest person in class and I hope it isn't affecting my progress...
Sooooo, if these don't work, send me the ones you are working on, and i will help you with them. Yes, say it 3 times. Before you do that you want to figure out what the intensity is: 10 is the worst. Then when you are tapping on the points on your body, focus on failing the test--you can use a reminder phrase, I find it is best to use one that is humorous like: "stupid **** test".
Personally, I don't start affirming the positive until the intensity gets down to around a 3.
