EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

    Pain blockers

Does anyone have practical experience using EFT working around steroids, pain meds., and sports medicine?  If so, please comment on whether you found that these substances had any effect on the effectiveness of EFT as well as any other comments you might have regarding the use of EFT on professional athletes using performance enhancing medicines.  I am specifically interested in steroids and EFT, but appreciate any other imputs as well,

    thank you,

    Don

Sometimes when you use EFT after taking a lot of medication, it tends to clear out. So you might get symptoms of having the medication, when you haven't actually taken the drugs.   If you find weird symptoms showing up, use them as a tapping topic.
