I am eager to use EFT to improve my tennis game. Some sort of mental block keeps me from winning matches. During practice sessions I am strong and consistent but have great difficulty winning the game. I can stretch the winning point out for agonizing, long periods of time. WHen every game is a series of Deuce, Add In, Deuce, Add Out, Deuce, Add In....YOu get the point! It MUST be psychological. Has anyone a recommendation for some tennis or sport specific Set-up Phrases? I am generally a high-strung sort of person and have tried the performance anxiety Set-up phrase "Even though I have a mental block to winning at tennis, I deeply and completely accept myself." Somehow that doesn't resonate with me and didn't seem to have any impact. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! Julie BPositive
