EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

EFT Gratitude Poem

Today I found myself in "EFT Gratitude Mode" and this poem was the result.  It is all about you so I hope you like it.  You are changing the world are are a treasure to me.  Just keep on being you.

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I sit here in awe, and the awe's about you,
A wellspring of friends, with gratitude due.
Your beauty astounds, as healing you spread,
Bringing peace and health, with skills thoroughbred.
From one minute wonders, to difficult cases,
With love and persistence, you light up those faces.
For how many hearts, have you lightened the load?
And how many pains have you sent down the road?
To our clients and friends, we have given a gift,
And in the process, our own souls we did lift.
For what better reward, could anyone claim,
Than to touch another, with a spiritual aim.
You are Touching the World, with your presence here,
And you tug at my heart, as I hold you so dear.
Love, Gary
Thank you, Gary, for the beautiful poem. I share your sentiments for all you give. You're so generous with the abundance of free information you send and it's quite obvious that it is a labor of love for you. Since I purchased all the sets of DVDs and began watching them is as quickly as I began using EFT with my therapy clients. It has provided immediate results for blocked emotions preventing my clients from progress. I'm looking forward to using it with a client this week who has felt "stuck." EFT is proving to be a highly effective tool, adding to the repertoire of services I offer my clients. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I discovered you and EFT.
Morning
We've never met..........not yet anyway. I want you to know that I give thanks everyday for you and EFT. Finding EFT on the web 2+ years ago has transformed my life and given me purpose. I've helped myself in so many ways and on so many levels.
I've also been able to help a friend move from fear and terror about losing her job (which really meant the potential fear of losing her house) to her now being calm. She calls it a miracle..........I call it an everyday occurence with EFT.
Lucky us who know EFT. May this spread like wildfire to everyone.
Love and many hugs
I discovered EFT 2 years ago.  In the time that's passed since then, I've lost my father and mother and my job.  Without EFT, I would have had a much harder time with these things than I did.  Yes, there's grief, but as you say in one of the DVDs, it's "appropriate" grief, and not the "unnecessary" pieces.  I honor you, Gary, and thank you so much for this gift.  I can't bring my parents back, but I'm working toward my certification, and my job will be EFT.  I look forward to it with great joy.
Let me join the long, long, long lineup to say thank you for your wonderful gift to the world. I have your libraries and was watching your Palace of Possibilities where you speak of going 'off into the wilderness' to create a business. I have had one in the wilderness (northern BC) for over 30 years and it was good to hear you speak about it. It definitely helped me.
Have you started levitating yet? With the universal cloud of appreciation that is flowing under you, I would think that you must be feeling very light. Deservedly so.
Best wishes,
Gary, I thank God everyday for EFT and your generosity in bringing to the world.
My most recent client was greatly relieved after a total of 4 hours of in person and telephone EFT. The number of very severe traumatic events and losses that we collapsed was phenomenal.
It never ceases to amaze me how the process unfolds. We used every technique in our short time together.
At the end of the first and longest session we used the movie technique several times and she started to recall music. I still laugh when I think one of our setup phrases was "Even though West Side Story and all it represents."
She just reported back to me that the "all it represents" piece was the most helpful thing of all.
I believe we saved this cancer survivor's life. She now has a tool to combat her emotional distress and heal her whole being.
How can anyone thank you enough?
