I see the day when we don't just look at a homeless child but also at that friendly dog in street, with a wound on his leg and stop a moment to think: the child is suffering, let house she/he. The dog is suffering, let care for his wound and also teach that child that we all living beings feel pain the same. That if we want to be loved and cared for we need to love and care for others. That goes for all other living beings, plants and all things in the world. If we want to have peace and be happy all needs to be in peace and be happy as we are one with the Universe.

I see the day when all animals, domesticated or wild  are treated with care and respect, that they too are God's children and that they have a right to life on earth.

I see the day when women are respected & loved for just being women. When each child in this world has enough to eat/get himself educated & lives a noemal childhood full of fun & activity & makes stick men of ice candy sticks & thinks they are beautiful instead of slouching in front of PCs .

I see the day when countries full of wealthy people search for countries full of less wealthy people and share the riches that we have with them so that all can have fulfilling lives of their choosing, supported by strangers and friends alike. Thank you, Gary, for your positive words of hope and work of healing.

I see the day when we all stop reacting with our unconscious emotions long enough to repond consciously; so we can begin to learn how to make wise choices in our daily lives for the benefit of each other. When our own concerns are only as important as anyone else's.

Martin Luther King jr's dream is slowly becoming a reality, and I believe that your "day" is also coming.  There are just so many people who have to awaken just as I did, and if I am doing it so can they, and I believe they will. Thanks for your daily inspiration, Gary.     LOVE for all, by all, and in all is on its way!!

I see the day when we all know we make a difference and that the universe  makes us right so that what ever we choose to believe (our working hypothesis) we will continue to find evidence to support it and we will choose to make our

There are millions of orphans around the world and a half a million kids in foster care in the US. I see the day when they are free from their past abuse or neglect thanks to EFT. I fostered 9 and adopted 2 abused kids who thanks to tapping are some of the most vivacious, amazing boys on the planet (and they started out as drug exposed and one was abused with a broken leg).

Hey Sigrid, I'm in Tucson too.  A friend of mine described to me an EFT type experience she had about 20 years ago with Tohono O'odham faith healers who saved her leg from the ravages of a brown recluse spider (mainstream surgeons had been planning major disfiguring surgery just to "save" it).  But she went by special invitation of a friend of hers.  I don't know if they ordinarily accept outsiders for their faith healing.

It is only with the Heart that one can see rightly-what is essential is invisible to the eye...

Dear Gary : )!,
  One of the definitions Webster's Dictionary offers for dreams is "a fond hope or aspiration for anything so lovely and charming as to appear dream like". I dream about opening Language and Communication Centers (that teach EFT) all over the world.
   I call the Language and Communication Centers I dream about Whales.  Whales is an acronym for Wisdom, Healing, Abundance, Love, Empowerment, Success. The Whales I dream of are community houses dedicated to
fostering and nurturing the talents and dreams of all members of the community who desire to empower themselves.  No one lives in the Whales. Every room is used as a work or learning space.  The Whales are
"school houses" in the best sense of the word.  Houses in the sense of the nurturing and love that a good home offers. Schools in the sense of the way the Greeks used the word meaning leisure or a place to have leisure to explore the study of philosophy (love of knowledge). These centers offer training in communication skills and self empowerment and function as community meeting places.
  Our school systems stop doing this after kindergarten when the lovely noun school meaning the leisure to learn for pleasure is quickly eclipsed by
the verb schooling which means to discipline and control. Some do not even teach it in kindergarten but that is not our concern because the gwp's the great whale projects.  I dream of these.
   The need for such community houses dedicated to communication is clearly demonstrated by a survey I came across in the book “Accelerated Learning for the 21st Century”  Colin Rose and Malcolm Nicholl. In a survey of students entering school at ages 5 and 6, 82 percent were found to have
high self esteem as it concerned their ability to learn easily and well.  The same survey of children 16 years old showed only 18 percent of that
population felt they learnt easily and well. Ten years of schooling had certainly had an effect.  
  This survey demonstrates clearly that being schooled in the society from which this survey was done does not lead to strong self esteem nor to getting an education.  To educate literally means to lead out.  If our schools do not teach mastery they are blaming the students for the weakness in the teachers. In the best sense of the word and in the right educational environment (one that leads to self mastery through self empowerment) education means to lead the student out of the darkness of ignorance.  We do not need surveys to tell us our western school systems are
failing in this respect.
I am sure that a survey of the successful 18 percent will show that even fewer of them feel self empowered after further four years of university where the sorting and dis-empowering is continued.
   I admire scholarship and academic success and showing up and going right to the end is to be respected. To do it takes discipline and courage and single mind of purpose. To master the school systems as they are now is indeed worthy of respect and admiration for the strength it takes to succeed. I believe all interested students can do this and the tools for this are found in EFT and other healing modalities as well as teaching the techniques of how to learn most effectively. I am not suggesting all learning must take place in whales I am suggesting that whales are a prototype of what the larger institutions should be modeled on. This universal self empowerment that I dream of may take thousands of years. It begins with the individual and is based on "being for oneself but not only for ones self".  Personal peace and self mastery that leads to world peace must be nurtured one one person at a time.  I believe this can be done most effectively and beautifully through language and communication centers in the form of community houses (one house for every fifty houses. In my dreams of houses of empowerment, houses of G-d I see world peace.
    In the Greek model when a student had mastered a subject they became teachers. Students who did not reach mastery did not cease to be students because they had not yet come to mastery. If one student was slower then another in getting insight to the subject they did not have their educations discontinued. They were not left to wonder around in the darkness of their ignorance.  The language and communication centers I envision are places where those members of our community who have mastery teach.
  In our public school systems with each successive year more students are graded out. It is a subtle system of exclusion and disempowerment.  Certainly to receive an "F" will get a student to the door very quickly but getting a "B" or a "C" will also lead to the loss of adore for the subject in question. How many of you if surveyed would admit to feeling a certain lack of confidence in certain subjects? One may say "I do not like math", or "I am not good at languages", or I can't sing or draw or build etc etc but what is really being said?  One is saying that the grade received inspired the belief that one should not continue with their interest and in time the result will be that the student  will come to "not like" these subjects or to even loath them.  
  Our schools should be about leading all students toward mastery of self and of subject.  Not just the 18 percent who fit the systems mode of teaching. Mastery can not take place if the students have emotional bees up their nose disturbing their concentration. This could be answered if all schools also taught self healing and self empowerment through EFT.
  We are learning to recognize that there are  several distinct ways to learn and we are recognizing that our school systems have only been using two of them.  Our schools are used to cull the best and to let the rest take the blame for the failure of the teachers to teach mastery though all the modes of delivering an education. When our schools goals are ones of mastery of self and subject for all students then industry and the other modes of contribution to the benefit of self and and others through community, will have no shortage of talent and skill. Most importantly individual industry will flourish and our families and communities will be peaceful and productive. Competent and talented and peaceful individuals are noted to have a strong and healthy sense of self esteem and healthy self esteem which comes from personal peace through mastery of such techniques such as EFT.  The number of skilled and educated individuals will increase exponentially in such a learning culture.  At this time in our human history we face countless challenges to our well being both as individuals and as a world wide community. These can be met with and successfully answered with solutions that benefit all when our various communities are filled with individual who have mastered themselves and found personal peace through EFT.
 My personal heroes as a child and an adult are men and women of
great academic ability and great spiritual ability in which they marry their intellect to science and spirituality in order to grow in understanding of and unity with the entire family of man. Those who have had the courage to follow intuition and inspiration to find healing and empowerment through understanding the human condition and who go forward to contribute to the benefit of all.  I believe that all of us are called to this mastery not just the few. I believe  this knowledge can be found and delivered inside  and outside of our  academies of learning. I believe this self empowerment can be most effectively delivered to the most people through the nurturing of the community houses which teach EFT and other related disciplines of personal peace and personal self empowerment.  
  I ask myself how it is possible that a discerning animal like homo sapiens is turned away in such amazing numbers from learning easily and successfully. Since learning is one of our greatest distinctions among all the
species I believe this disinclination to continued study was accomplished by vast numbers of us being schooled as opposed to educated.
    In a population of healthy human beings there is no innate reason for any of them to be unable to speak many languages, to understand and enjoy the
language of mathematics or to enjoy fully any of the arts and sciences.  However, if we were to survey any random group of adults I posit that we would find yet another group of perhaps 82 percent who would respond
that they feel unable to acquire knowledge and skills easily and well. How can this be when our most distinguished trait as a life form is that we are thinking self conscious and creative (industrious) and this is hard wired.  Too many of us have had the the curiosity and courage so essential to life long learning schooled right out of us!!!!!!!!!!
   These language and  communication centers that I dream of are inspired by the story of Jonah and the Whale.  In this story the prophet Jonah is asked to
do the will of G-d. He is asked to warn the people to change there ways so as to avoid a certain calamity.  Jonah is filled with fear and chooses sails for distant shores. In refusing to answer his calling Jonah’s life becomes tempest tossed like the ship in which he was seeking escape.  Jonah realizing his fear is the cause of all his turmoil decides to jump into the ocean rather than cause the ship to flounder.  Jonah does not drown but is instead swallowed whole by a huge Whale.  He spends four days meditating deep in the belly of this whale and on the forth day he is set safe and sound on dry land and he proceeds immediately to go to Nineveh and warn the people to change their ways.  The people respond by repenting and turning from harm to healing and thus no calamity befalls them and happiness and joy are the result of Jonah doing the will of G-d.
   Perhaps Jonah ran away because the people he was called to help were not "his people".  Perhaps he thought he was not smart enough or talented enough or strong enough to accomplish such a profound task.
    I believe it is the will of G_d, or if you prefer Universal Intelligence or life's biological imperative, that we evolve into our ability to recognize G-d in ourselves and in all others. We do this best when we see that we are all one and each of us is of infinite value and has infinite power to transform and transcend through self knowledge and self empowerment. I personally believe and practice this best through EFT. I acknowledge that there are many energy techniques and all tools of healing and blessing are taught in my dreams of houses of empowerment or "whales".
    I believe what sends 82 percent of 16 years old away from feeling empowered to learn easily and well is a school system that is designed to sort and separate.  It was designed in the wake of the industrial revolution to supply workers to the factories.  Our modern school system was never based
on the Greek idea of a school as a place of enquiry and a place to develop and foster a love of knowledge of self and of life in All That Is G_d in each student.
   Socrates did not give out grades to his students.  Genius does not require a grade to make it so and those who have not discovered  their particular genius should not be excluded from continuing the enquiry.  The use of the grade is a crime against humanity because it is used to leave students in darkness.  Grading does not lead students out of ignorance instead it imprisons them.
  The Whales are my answer to this problem of a lack of self empowerment. Successful Self education, self empowerment in community is a win win. THe gwps are about building community without borders.  A school house,  a community house, a house of G-d. A house for all people, open to all people who come in peace or in pain, it is a house of nurturing and healing where all human beings are one family. Houses of Wisdom,  Healing, Abundance, Love, Empowerment, Success : )!  Class size goes from one to ten. in house cyber cafe, radio station broadcasting to the world and connected to the world : )!  The gwp is a hybrid economic engine, it is based on the home which is mistakenly seen as having no economic value. It is for profit with the goal of each individual being for themselves and not only for themselves. The goal being to invest in the individual for the benefit of the individual and the community. This is what an empowering home does. The root of the word economy is greek for house.  I see G_d in all people. G_d is best expressed as being one with all the people of the world in all the houses of our understandings.  This oneness is the basis of my desire to establish GWP's as houses of self empowerment for the benefit of self and community through self empowerment and self directed and guided education.  The power to transform ourselves and overcome our limitations is within each of us. This transformation is our greatest desire and our greatest fear. These houses of empowerment will all teach EFT and other related energy treatments. In my dream there will come a time when there is one community house for every fifty family homes in our communities world wide.

The word dream is also rooted in OE and literally means music or joy.  When I dream I dream of Language and Communication Centers,  or the GWP's as I have come to call them. (the great whale projects) The music I hear when I dream goes something like this  : )!!! "if I had a million dollars".  : )!

I see this amazing long list of people, all sharing their conscious vision today of a peaceful world where we coexist in loving understanding that we really are all one, and where individuals are cared for as God cares for us.  I know that today, in this moment, I have useful work before me, and a safe place to conduct it, and my needs are met.  I believe that what IS good and peaceful about today is so because of so many good people holding this vision in consciousness NOW.  There is still so much more love and hope needed to ease the ills in this world - so much yet to be achieved.  All of these people envisioning a common dream of such a world seal my hope that we can truly see it manifested.

I am so touched by your taking Dr King's premise (in this black history month) and putting your own wise and loving words to it for all mankind. And my heart fills with joy as I read the responses to it. I am caucasion, but shudder when I think of the depth of racism around me. How dare they. Our society must change.

I agree with the lady from Spain in quoting Margaret Mead in relation to you: " Never believe that a few caring people can't change the world. For indeed they are the only ones who ever have." And you, Gary, are a prime example.

I hope to do something similar to Yona in starting Circle Centers (hers are WHALE Centers) where everyone, every age, every station in life would come to learn wellness and joy through coaching and EFT. There's a long way to go for the government to be involved, but that's my dream.

I feel so much gratitude right now for what you have started and continue to do, Gary. You have touched the lives of so many of us.  You have inspired me and thousands of others to believe that we can change this world. And we are doing it, a few taps at a time.
It has always been my vision, even as a small child, that we are all living in a world that is loving and peaceful for everyone. With equality, freedom and abundance for all. That we all treat this earth that is our home, as the sacred spiritual place that it is.
I have hope again that my vision is coming true because there are so many of us now, who hold this vision and many more who awaken to it each day. How could it not come true?

I can't remember

Just a line to say I'm living

Thank you Gary for the "I see the day" article.

That message rings loud and true, and should be sent to as many as possible.

After the 70+ clients I have used EFT on, I am still amazed at how easy it is to get results. Over the 15 years of coaching, I use to go home so frustrated that very little progress had occured for each client's emotional problems.  Today EFT is my main coaching tool, and I am so thank goodness for its amazing results.

I also choose to have a dream that WORLD PEACE will come when the critical mass is reached, like the "Hundredth Monkey Phenomenon." (mass consciousness)

Thank you Gary for your efforts getting the message of EFT out to as many people as possible, your generosity and love for your fellow man / woman is to be admired.

Another source of information is in the Conversation with God material by Neal Donald Walsh, Book 1 is an excellent place to start, and information that is so simple coming from love not fear.

Perhaps giving them the great respect and love that they give and show us always unconditionally!
( By the way EFT works fantastic on animals that are hurting especially emotionally)

Just wanted to make sure that I didn't hurt any one...felt that the poem was quete and funny but later realized that maybe not completely appropriate.

I felt very sure that EFT is a gift from God after my five years old very spiritual little boy after falling from the stairs the other day and felt pain in his leg, sat on our sofa and tenderly whispered: EFT, Mom, EFT.

I see the day that continual personal development is a given, that we all invest to be the best that we can be and become more aware of the needs of others.  To have unconditional positive regard of others until they see the day.

I see the day when this message have been spread around the globe. I believe it is not because the people round the globe is evil and resentful that they do what they do. It´s because they´re unconsious and walking in their sleep and most of all profoundly scared.
I believe in spreading this message in every direction imaginable slowly (and it will unfortunately take decades) a new sense of perception will develop because we have reached the point of no return- hopefully it will happen in due time.

Dear Gary,

You are realizing your dream through all of us believers. The day is here! It is happening now, thanks to you.You are healing the planet through the masses that are waking up to the healing gifts of EFT. I praise your vision for having seen this from the very beginning. It was a very unselfish seed that you planted and it is now coming to fruition.You have handed the healing baton to all of us for free...and all we have to do is accept it.

Those that may choose not to accept will eventually soften and see others around them healing and owning their truth.It reminds me of when cd's first came out and replaced records. I remember certain conversations about change and industry and look how far we have come with technology. Now, thanks to you the medical profession is acknowledging us owning our power to give ourselves personal miracles that can't be explained by the myopia of western medicine.

Adding EFT to my healing practice has enriched my life and the lives of my clients.
