Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom - Physical Freedom - Performance Freedom

EFT was originally developed to reduce the therapy process from months/years down to minutes/hours. As emotional problems faded, both physical health and personal performance improved (often dramatically). As a result, EFT is spreading quickly among the healing community. It is an emotional version of acupressure wherein certain meridian release points are gently stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.

The Hot Air Balloon and The Palace of Possibilities

This may not be the most attractive thing I've ever asked you to do but I would like you to think of yourself as a hot air balloon.  I know you won't make the centerfold of a magazine with that image but it DOES have some appeal.  Why? Because this hot air balloon is filled with the potential to roam the skies in complete freedom.  It is your potential ... your joy ... your success ... your life.

Also consider that you aren't up in the skies yet.  Instead, you are tied to the ground by your emotional ropes ... the doubts, insecurities, angers, traumas, fears and the like that keep us unnecessarily bound to our earthly "comfort zones."  We can cut those ropes, however, and that is where EFT comes in.

As any seasoned EFT'er will tell you, it is a superb "emotional rope cutter" and has set many free to reach new levels.  Our website is filled with so many examples of this that EFT should be a candidate for Time Magazine's "Person of the Year."  It may have already done as much for humanity as many of the previous recipients.

So, master this extraordinary process and join all those free folks in the clouds.  The air is fresher up here and it is much easier to breathe.  There's joy here and life has much more juice in it.

But with all this emotional freedom (and resultant physical healing) where does one go while floating in the blue yonder?  Do you have a goal?  A purpose?  Or is it just simply enough to be free?

What would you like to do with your freedom?  Magnify your bank account?  Be a famous actor?  Develop a sexy figure?  These, and more, are do-able when you combine EFT's freedom with The Palace of Possibilities.  This is a combo that, properly applied, can take you anywhere in the sky you wish.

I have written a Palace of Possibilities series on our website that gives you the details.  The essence of it is that ... "Your consistent thoughts become your reality."  This fundamental truth, also known as The Law of Attraction, insures that your properly focused thoughts show up in your life.

This is a monumental concept that is understood by many but consciously acted upon by very few.  The idea is always in operation ... it is even even working right now as you read this.  Your consistent thoughts are shaping your future.

However, the thoughts we harbor tend to be mixed and thus they don't often aim us in focused directions.  And even when we do consciously focus our thoughts on something we desire, that focus is often on what we are lacking instead of what we want e.g. although we desire more money, we tend to focus on our lack of it.  That is why "lack of it" tends to show up in many lives.

Also, if we create an affirmation that says, "I earn easily and consistently a million dollars a year", we are likely to have negative "tail enders" that may say...

  • "But you have to work too hard to make that much money..."
  • "But your friends will no longer like you if you are rich...."
  • "Only greedy people make that much money..."

These tail enders become the true focus and thus become the "consistent thoughts that become our reality."  You need only to look at your current financial, relationship and health circumstances to know that this is true.

We create our reality with our thoughts and the combo of the Hot Air Balloon and The Palace of Possibilities can adjust those thoughts and move us in new directions.  We can not only cut our emotional ropes (tail enders) but we can now aim our freedom focus wherever we want.

The outside world isn't "doing it to us."  Rather, it is our own "inside job" that is shaping our lives.  And with our new tools, we are in control of our own directions.

See you in the skies.

Love, Gary

Gary--Finally a way to tell you how very much I appreciate you writing "The Palace of Possibilities".  I'm fairly new to EFT, and the evening I discovered that I could actually read such great writing for free, I read until 2:00 a.m., and had to force myself to turn off the computer and go to bed.  But I was so excited by what I read that I couldn't sleep.  It truly spoke to me in a wonderful, life-changing way.

Since I couldn't figure out any way to express my thanks, I sat down at the piano and wrote a little EFT song for you.  If I'm ever lucky enough to get to attend one of your workshops, I'll give it to you.  (There's a rumor that you're coming to Denver this summer.  Please say it's true!)

Respected Sir Gary

First of I should find some extra-extraordinary words to appreciate the Palace of Possibilities. And today... I really really like this metaphor of HOT AIR BALOON.

I think I will start my speech with this metaphor in my forthcoming EFT Introductory DVD in HINDI (This is not about EFT Introductory Video with HINDI subtitles)...

Many thanks for this Article

Gary,

It has taken years of psychotherapy, a variety of "cocktails" of medication for depression and decades in 12 step groups to finally land me on the doorstep of EFT.

I purchased the entire EFT course, (half measures availed us nothing!) and in three weeks the depression was 'magically' dissolved. After a couple of months of saving the bottles of medication "just in case" I have tossed them along with any doubt as to the effectiveness of this process. "The Hot Air Balloon" metaphor and the "Palace of Possibilities" are vital in getting to the important underlying emotional issues that have caused so much grief in my life.

Finally, after reading so many success stories, I am one!

Much thanks to you.
